Delete your UG-EDIS account

UG-EDIS logins are created by your school, so your school removes them.

How to ask

1. Contact your school's head teacher (or the office) and ask for your UG-EDIS login to be deleted. Give your name, the school, and the phone number or email you sign in with.

What is deleted

• Your login: phone number or email, password and two-step sign-in settings. You can no longer sign in on the website or the app.
• On your phone: uninstalling the app, or signing out, removes the saved sign-in and offline copies.

What the school keeps

A learner's school records (enrolment, attendance, marks, report cards and fee payments) and a staff member's payroll records belong to the school's records, not to the login. The school keeps them for as long as it decides and can ask for them to be deleted as well. The audit trail of changes is kept so the school can show who changed what.
